Ciao! My name is Roberta, and I live in Verona, a beautiful city in the North of Italy. After a Master's degree in teaching Italian language and culture to foreigners, I have helped many students learn Italian, especially at beginner and intermediate levels. I am a supportive, empathetic, and friendly tutor, interested in knowing more about other people's cultures! Also, I enjoy sharing my own culture with others, especially about music! My classes are welcoming, relaxed, and interactive, so you can learn and challenge yourself without pressure! Mistakes are welcome! 🤗 Lessons will be planned to suit your level, goals, and interests. You can choose among 3 different types of lessons: 🔸 Italian lesson with exercises (it covers grammar, reading, listening, and speaking practice) 🔸 Italian structured conversation with articles (you will converse on a specific topic of your interest) 🔸 Italian conversation practice (a relaxed chat on "il più e il meno") Classes are online, so why not use online resources? 😊​ Google Slides, Google Docs, interactive exercises, and more! I also like to use real-life materials, when possible: articles, videos, songs, and blogs can be excellent tools in language learning! Contact me for further information. A presto!

It is always fun to “meet” Roberta in our virtual classroom. Although we always have a lesson plan, I find that it is so easy to talk with her about almost everything. She both encourages me and gently corrects my mistakes. I can only recommend Roberta.

Roberta is very patient, and gentile. She is open to discussion and gives planty of space to be yourself and be with the language. She does not judge, but encourage to speak, make mistakes and learn from them. I really appreciate the interactive exercisies, where I can practice italian grammar. Also I really like the lesson structure where we start from speaking and listening practice. It is very helpful for me to get more and more comfortable with the italian language.
