⭐ Juan Enrique ⭐

Desde la primera clase, sabía que Juan sería un buen profesor. A veces, estoy nerviosa o no tengo confianza en mis habilidades cuando hablar español, pero Juan no me permite dejar de intentarlo. Él tiene un interés en sus estudiantes y quiere que ellos mejoren. Si necesitaba cambiar la fecha de la clase, nunca había un problema. Él ajusta las clases dependiendo del nivel y los intereses del estudiante. Él es agradable, organizado, profesional y servicial. One thing that I really like about classes with Juan is that he’s firm when it comes to pushing you to reach your potential, but he’s also patient because he knows you’re still learning. He encourages me to speak more simply and naturally as I’m still learning to better express myself. A quote that’s on every class review is “La energía y la persistencia conquistan todas las cosas” and I think it’s very fitting for Juan’s teaching style. If you want to progress in Spanish, schedule a class with Juan. You won’t regret it.

Juan Enrique is always prepared for our classes. I’m always worried that my brain is too foggy to learn some classes. But I always learn more with them than I ever could alone!

Juan is a superb instructor. He is focused and pays full attention to your wishes, needs and interests. In addition, Juan is friendly and patient which creates a very comfortable and supportive learning environment. After only my first few lessons with Juan I already began to notice a significant improvement in my Spanish. The deep understanding Juan has of both Spanish and English along with his unique talent for teaching allows him to make even the most confusing areas of Spanish for English speakers very simple and understandable. I highly recommend Juan to anyone looking to bring their Spanish to the next level in a fun and engaging way!

If you really want to learn a language, there is only so far you can ever go with apps like Duolingo, text books or (often quite expensive) group classes. At some point you will need someone with the patience and expertise to give you more personalised assistance and take you to the next level. Juan is a highly qualified professional with an academic background, but his greatest quality, to me, is perhaps his patience. Juan is always positive and encouraging. He has the ability to push you further than you think you can go - and you will get there and perhaps surprise yourself. I have many Spanish speaking friends who have offered to help me practice and learn, but at some point, it trails off, they get bored or switch back to English. If you are willing to put in the effort, Juan will stay with you until you achieve your language learning goals. One day soon I will be standing on the beach in Puerto Rico and remember what I have written here.
