Hello! My name is James.
I'm a native English speaker and I've been helping learners of all levels improve their English, on-site and online, since 2010. I live in France, and speak French (relatively) fluently, and am currently making progress with Esperanto but struggling with Irish.
My interests include cooking, reading, technology, and slow-speed rail travel. I'm open to language exchanges.
If you see breaks in my availability it's probably because I'm teaching "in the real world".지도 경험
Before starting to teach English, I was a web developer for many years. I decided I wanted a change in 2010 and haven't looked back. When I finished my Celta in Paris, the centre hired me immediately and I stayed there for a couple of years before moving to the south-west.
Face-to-face, I mostly teach professionals in companies. I've helped people in large companies like EDF, Manpower, and SFR, in smaller companies and have also taught nurses for the Croix Rouge Française.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I adapt my teaching to my students' learning. I like it when people are at ease in their lessons, so I favour a conversational approach which fosters confidence. The most important thing is that you get to speak so you can make mistakes and improve. I feel it's important to tackle the grammar occasionally (I secretly lovely a bit of grammar!), but I hope it's not like being at school again!내 수업 자료

Today`s lesson was about travelling by the plane, the rules and expectations. We spoke about people's behavior and things that may annoy the passengers. A good conversation accompanied by good laugh!
