Hola, mi nombre es Iván, soy de la República Dominicana, hablo español nativo, soy estudiante de psicología. Me encanta conocer nuevas personas y aprender de diferentes culturas. Me apasionan los idiomas y me entusiasma cuando alguien está aprendiendo español por lo que me siento muy motivado a ayudarlos en su proceso de aprendizaje.
Hello, my name is Iván, I am from the Dominican Republic, I speak native Spanish, I am a psychology student. I love meeting new people and learning from foreign cultures. I am passionate about languages and I feel excited when someone is learning Spanish so I am very motivated to help them in their learning process.

We will talk about many topics of your interest to practice your listening and speaking skills. I cannot say enough good things about Ivan! He’s a fantastic teacher, very patient, and is able to cater to your current skill level. Before I started lessons with him, my speaking skills were non-existent and now in a month, I have been able to piece together sentences comfortably. I know that in no time I will be able to become conversational in Spanish, with his help! His lessons are a mixture of structure and conversation. Personally, I love this because it allows me to link what I am learning into an every day scenario/situation. I highly recommend him!

Ivan is a great tutor. His teaching style very patient, attentive and reassuring. I like the fact that he corrects and provides explanations to me in Spanish (and English if necessary lol) which helps me improve my listening and comprehension. I am looking forward to continuing lessons with him.
