Learning French with Emma has been great. She detects what aspects I'm struggling with and helps me address them through appropriate learning materials. At times she would ask me to construct sentences in various scenarios in order to be fluent in using certain sentence structures. The materials she sends me are not only appropriate for my level, but often have interesting information that I find useful. Compared to just a few months ago, my listening comprehension (for daily conversation) has increased from about 30% to about 70%. My speaking speed has increased a lot too, I pause a lot less frequently now. Emma really cares about her students. I highly recommend her.

Talking with Emma is like talking with a friend who is also helping you learn a language. She is patient, kind and genuinely cares about helping you learn. We always find plenty of fun and interesting things to talk about!

Emma gives me reading materials that really help me learning. They are appropriate for my level and goals, at the same time they allow me to learn new sentence structures, phrases, and new words. Emma explains well each French word that has multiple meanings in English, with examples that clarify its different usages. I acquire more sophisticated sentence structures, and now I can read or speak a lot more fluently than just a few months ago. I highly recommend Emma.

Emma, has in the last year been helping me with my French. I've never felt self conscious with her despite my mistakes. She is consistently warm and good humoured. Just recently I stepped up the time of each lesson to one hour, I receive a video to review, and I talk about this along with a discussion of my daily life. So targeting the vocabulary and sentence structures I'm likely to use in my case on holiday in France.
