Hello!
My name is Evgueni (feel free to call me JC) and I come from the vibrant city of New York, USA. I have spent nearly half my life living in Asia, learning many new cultures and meeting many new people. I've been living in Japan since mid-2012.
I used to teach in classrooms but now I teach in private. I also write books and make short films. In my spare time I like to play soccer, tennis and delve into Climate Change and Astrophysics research.
Currently, I teach English, French and Russian. Classroom experience: 3 years (S.Korea,China and Japan). Private teaching experience: 4 years
I'm also learning Japanese and I might explore other languages in the future.지도 경험
I have worked in high pressure environments such as company meeting halls with large groups of people but I prefer to teach in private.
After teaching for 7-8 years now, there were many demonstrable success stories with students regularly passing various language tests such as EIKEN in Japan or TRKI in Russia.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
Generally, I am very laid back and flexible. You don't need to worry! In my classes, I always start with a brief introduction conversation and then we look at a variety of materials, these include reading, grammar and vocabulary. I also give homework, which are typically worksheets and short essays. We can discuss these in the next class and I can provide real-time corrections.내 수업 자료
