If you want to learn Farsi, learn with Sahar! From the very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable and confident. She is endlessly patient, adapts lessons to her students, and goes above and beyond to ensure I get the most out of each class. Sahar provides organized materials after every lesson, and if I’m struggling with a word or sound, she even records herself outside of class so I can practice and improve. She truly wants her students to succeed and makes learning fun! Because she studies other languages herself, she understands the challenges of language learning, and that empathy shines through in her teaching style!

It has now been 50 lessons with Sahar, and I can't recommend her enough! I know that Persian can be challenging, but Sahar keeps encouraging me and never makes me feel stupid when I make mistakes – and that creates a great atmosphere and makes me more and more invested in learning. Most importantly, she is truly a cheerful teacher, and I’m always excited for the next lesson.
