Hello, my name is Christopher. I was born and raised in Canada. I am a native English speaker with a "typical" North American accent.
I am a semi-retired film worker of twelve years and also worked in concert and theatre events. My interests and hobbies include film, music, playing the drums and guitar, travelling, learning Spanish, staying fit in the gym and hiking. I enjoy reading and learning about history, geography, religion, philosophy, finance as well as other topics.
I have travelled to many countries over the years and have a curiosity towards different cultures and experiences지도 경험
I was educated in Toronto, Canada, hold a diploma in Business studies, as well as a Bachelor degree in Sociology. I am TEFL certified and have experience teaching English online as well as in in class. I have also taught drum lessons and trained workers in the film industry.
I think you will find that I am very patient and encourage discussion. Making mistakes is how you learn and I find reward in helping students overcome their obstacles. I myself am currently learning Spanish and understand the difficulties.내 강의 및 지도 스타일
I take a flexible approach based on the student's needs, but generally employ some degree of an "ESA" method.
After a first class, I will create a personalized curriculum which will be continually adjusted to ensure you are getting what you need.
Conversation of course, is a natural and enjoyable way of learning. I usually find it necessary, to employ some assortment of learning tools and material to help the process. I very much encourage questions and believe that lesson plans should be decided by both student and teacher.내 수업 자료

Chris has helped me a lot as a proofreader and an editor. He not only corrected odd sentences and words, he also removed unnecessary part from the text, making the text clearer. Here is an example, he has changed “focus on more important things” with “prioritize.” I like edits like this, they really have improved the text.
