Hi! I’m Lukas, your Spanish tutor from Chile. I’m passionate about sharing my native language and helping students achieve their goals, whether it’s improving fluency, preparing for an exam, or enjoying Spanish content. I study philosophy, which gives me a unique perspective on language and culture. I love incorporating my hobbies—like reading, movies, and outdoor activities—into lessons to make them dynamic and fun. I also speak English and French (still learning! :D), so I understand the challenges of learning a new language. Let’s start your Spanish journey together—see you in class!

I know how challenging speaking a new language can be, but don’t worry—I’m here to make it fun and natural! My method focuses on casual conversation, helping you gain confidence and fluency in real-life situations. We’ll talk about topics you enjoy, like movies, travel, or culture, while naturally incorporating grammar and vocabulary. Mistakes are part of the process, and I won’t judge you for them (unless you want me to!). My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. Outside class, feel free to reach out with questions. I’ll respond quickly to keep you motivated.

My lessons are designed for students with an upper-beginner to advanced level (A2 to C2). We’ll focus on casual, real-life conversations about topics you enjoy—like travel, culture, movies, or daily life. I’ll guide the discussion with questions and prompts, helping you practice naturally while I provide gentle corrections to improve your pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency. At the end of each class, I’ll share personalized recommendations, like podcasts, videos, or articles, to keep you learning outside our sessions.

Found my perfect practicing tutor! I was looking for someone to just CASUALLY speak with. And Lukas is perfect with just that, and help me when I need help. He said my level is high basically, although I don't think it is and why I am doing this. But being encouraged by him also is a plus for me.

Lukas is an exceptional person and conversationalist. We have discussed a wide variety of topics during our lessons, which in turn has helped me improve my vocabulary. He is extremely kind and positive during our conversations, and I love that he speaks in a very calm tone, and most imporantly, he enunciates very clearly during our entire lesson. All my chats with him feel like a conversation with a close friend. I am glad to have found Lukas as a tutor. I highly recommend him!

I had a great lesson with Lukas, who was very warm, kind, and patient as I tried to find my words in Spanish :) He is the perfect person to practice conversation with as he has an interest in many different topics and is also a great listener. I highly recommend him!
