I have a BA in Computer Science from Ain Shams University (2003-2007), and during my undergraduate studies I was working as a journalist and writer for a popular Egyptian magazine. During my 5 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, I was also doing my second undergraduate degree (2009-2012) so I got a BA in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies from Cairo University, where I also got a certificate to teach Arabic as a foreign language in 2012. I wrote many short stories and novels. And I won the best short story award from the Egyptian Writers Union in 2009.

I have been teaching both English and Arabic for nearly 18 years now. I have many certificates and diplomas regarding the teaching field . I teach all ages and all levels.
