Il tutto verrà concordato con lo studente, sempre tenendo conto di quelle che sono le sue esigenze e competenze linguistiche. Sono molto paziente e ci tengo a creare un ambiente di scambio che metta lo studente a proprio agio.

My name is Mariangela and I am a native Italian speaker. I was born in Bologna, in the north of Italy but I am currently living in Sicily. I am a foreign language teacher and graduated from the University for Interpreters and Translators (English and Spanish). I love languages! I have been studying them since I was a little girl. I also love teaching languages, including learning strategies and techniques. I can communicate quite well in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, but I am also learning Arabic, Japanese and Greek. I am cheerful, patient and understanding. My approach is relaxed and easy to follow. I believe the best way to learn and teach a language is through conversation, so I will devote most of my lessons to it, especially talking about Italian culture, cuisine, places to visit, traditions and customs. On request, I can also help with grammar and other aspects of language learning. So I can help you if you are starting from scratch, but I also love teaching intermediate or advanced students. I was trained as an Italian teacher for foreign students at Venice University, where I obtained the CEDILS diploma in 2017, after having volunteered in a school. I'm very familiar with language learning too: I learnt Spanish in Seville, where I studied as an Erasmus student, and I'm improving my French.
