As a teacher, my first and main goal is to help my students become active users of the language they're studying. That's why, with my students, I try to speak as much as possible in the language they are learning and encourage them to do the same. I'm very professional, but I also want my students to feel comfortable during the lessons, so that they can have a great learning experience.

I came to Italy to learn Italian, but before that I also studied french in Geneva and Paris. Conversation is for me the most important part of learning a language and I learned french and Italian really fast in this way. I am often available on weekends.

As a teacher, I think it's really important to be patient and a good listener as I think it's important to listen to my students and their needs. I am a very good listener, and will listen carefully and attentively when the student is speaking. I'm think it's easier to learn a language by being exposed to it, it the form of having people who speak the language speaking with you and giving you tips on how to sound more fluent and natural while speaking. Of course learning the basic grammar and vocabulary is very important so I will do my best in teaching that as well. While living abroad I was an "English foreign leader" where I was sat in a room with 3-9 people and having normal everyday conversations. I realised that these conversations helped the people with fluency and feeling more comfortable in speaking english to foreigners.
