I came across an article online about misunderstanding and reality regarding "gray hairs" and would like to share it here. You might have an experience that you were shocked by finding out that you were going gray when you checked yourself in the mirror. This kind of change which most people have experienced when they are in their 30s to 40s is a part of aging naturally. The research team in Seoul University hospital says it's highly likely that either one of your parents have the same experience if you started going gray in your 20s. If your parents already had gray hairs when they were young, their children have the risk of 19 times that they will be going gray as well when they are young. It is caused especially by father's genetic affection. The stress blocks blood circulation and makes blood vessels, which provide hair roots with nutrient, constrict. Hence, the stress is one of causes for gray hairs. However, gray hairs never return back to black ones even if you release your stress. There is a rumor that gray hairs increases when you pull ones out. This is not true. Basically, a hair root has one hair. So, some hairs never grow in the hair root after you pull a gray hair. It seems that we need plenty of exercises and rests if you want to prevent your gray hairs from growing as much as possible.

I try to believe that education is a right for all and it’s good that all levels of education should be free. That means if education is free, better jobs will be found for a greater amount of people which will contribute to a stronger economy and less unemployment. The reason why we can’t have access to higher education is because the majority of the tuition costs are high and too much for the majority of us; it will help if we make education free, which would enable us to access higher education and then go ahead and reach our full potential and contribute to the society. In addition, the health care of countries with high amount of educated citizens is much better, crime rates are lower and so on. But others say it costs a lot to make education free, and then what happens is that the quality will decrease, because the schools and universities won't have the money. Initially, I would argue that even the problems of being able to afford free education for all are nullified by the advantages and education should be available to everyone.

Composition: Cycling One Saturday, Mom, Dad, and I went cycling in the park. Since I'm not the best at riding a bike on my own, Mom and I rented a tandem bike, while Dad got a regular one. It cost us about twenty bucks for a few hours. We sped along the track around the lake, but we got tired pretty quickly. Dad even tripped over the curb of a ditch and bruised his knee, because he was going too fast ahead and turning his head back to us. Later, we slowly made our way uphill to the peak at the north end of the park, as I ducked down on the ride and kicked harder on the pedals to make it easier for Mom. The ride was a bit wobbly, but we made it safely. The downhill ride was much easier and didn't take long. We returned the bikes to the kiosk around dusk and headed home. It was a great day of cycling!
