I have completed the 420-hour Japanese Language Teacher Training Course at The World Japanese Language Center and have two years of experience teaching Japanese.I will be starting to teach Japanese in italki from April 2023. My main goal in teaching Japanese is to use my previous experience as a teacher and my social background to assist Japanese language learners in achieving their goals. As someone who has studied English as a second language, I understand the challenges of language learning, but I believe that my ability to teach from the learner's perspective is one of my strengths. I taught English grammar to junior high school students at a cram school for 7 years, and also at junior high school for 3 months. And then I worked as a shop assistant in general stores for 4 years. I passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test in 2021. I like teaching and it motivates me to get to know what you don't understand. I'll brush up myself and learn a lot from students.

Currently, I work well with students at an intermediate to advanced level, but beginners are welcome too! While explaining grammar in English might be challenging for me, it can be overcome if you are eager to learn.

It's meaningless if you learn a language, but don't know how to use it. Of course, it’s important to learn correct grammar and usage, but if you can’t understand and convey your opinion, you won't be able to have meaningful conversations. I consider language to be a tool, and in our class, I want to teach you how to use that tool effectively. That's why our classes always start from natural conversation.
