I started tutoring kids in English when I was 16 in Peru. At 19, I lived and worked in Hawaii for 4 months, which helped me reach an advanced level of English. I studied Management and Tourism, so fluency in English was a must. This inspired me to also teach Spanish to tourists visiting my city. Now, I want to keep sharing my language and culture with people from all over the world, and help them improve their Spanish in the most natural and effective way.

I always encourage students to use what they have learnt, as I always say, I can give you the hammer but it's you who has to hit the nail with it. I've been in Italki for four years now and I love the one on one lessons, I always try to keep things funny, so people can feel comfortable and safe while learning.
