Acing a job interview goes beyond showcasing your skills and experience. It's about persuasion – convincing the interviewer you're the perfect fit. Here are three key techniques to transform your interview from good to great:

1. The Power of Storytelling: Facts and figures are important, but stories resonate. Weave a compelling narrative about a time you faced a challenge in a previous role.  Describe your thought process, actions taken, and the positive outcome. This not only highlights your skills but also demonstrates your problem-solving abilities and impact.
