Andy ： 我是澳大利亚人。
Andy ： wǒ shì  ào dà lì yà rén。 
Andy:  I am from Australia.

平平 ： 我以为你是美国人呢！
píng ping ： wǒ yǐ wéi nǐ shì  měi guó rén ne！ 
Ping ping:   I thought you were from the United States! 

Andy ： 不是，我在美国住过很长时间，有一点儿美国口音。
Andy ： bú shì，wǒ  zài měi guó zhù guò  hěn cháng shí jiān，yǒu  yī diǎn ér  měi guó  kǒu yīn。 
Andy: No, I have just lived in the United States for a long time, so I have a little American accent.



平平 : 你朋友也是澳大利亚人吗？
píng ping : nǐ  péng yǒu yě shì  ào dà lì yà rén ma？ 
Ping ping: Your friend is from Australia too?

Andy： 不是，他是英国人。

你叫什么名字？what's your name?

日本語のレッスンを受けていたり、日本で勉強やお仕事をされている方はきっと、「よろしくお願いします」や「お疲れ様でした」という言葉をよく耳にする事と思います。
こう声をかけられた時に、何て返したらいいんだろう・・・？と困った事はありますか？

私の授業でも、授業の最初に「よろしくお願いします」、授業の最後に「お疲れ様でした」と言いますが、生徒さんが授業を受け始めて間もない頃は、なんと返せばいいのか分からなくて固まってしまう😳という状況を見かける事も多いです。

返し方は簡単で、「よろしくお願いします」と言われたら、そのまま「よろしくお願いします」と返し、「お疲れ様でした」と言われたら「お疲れ様でした」と返せばいいだけです。
簡単ですね✨✨

でも、どうして日本人は毎回この二つの言葉を使うんでしょうか？

「よろしくお願いします」にはたくさんの意味があります。
まず、授業の前に言う場合、それには「一緒に日本語の勉強を頑張りましょう！」とか「楽しく勉強しましょうね♪」とか「今日のレッスン楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです😊」という様な意味が込められていると思います。少なくても私の場合はそんな意味を込めています。

初めて会った時に「よろしくお願いします」というのは「会えて嬉しいです。これから仲良くしてください。」という様な意味を込めていて、
ビジネスの場面で相手に何かをお願いする時に使う場合、「この件はあなたにお任せしました。」とか「ご協力お願いします。」を意味しています。
会議やプレゼンの前に「よろしくお願いします」と言うのは「お時間を割いていただきありがとうございます。これから始まる会議を有意義なものにしたいと思っています。どうぞお付き合いください。」という様なニュアンスが含まれていると思います。

では、「お疲れ様でした」にはどんな意味があるでしょうか？
授業の最後に私が「お疲れ様でした」という時、それには英語では"well done", "Good job today!","Thank you for your hard work!"
中国語では“今天你做得非常好”，”辛苦你了“という意味を込めています。

他の場面やビジネスのシーンでも、相手の努力や苦労を労(ねぎら)う時に使う言葉です。

今日はこの二つの言葉の後ろに隠された意味をご説明しましたが、
日本人の中には特に意味はなく、テンプレート的な感じで、軽い挨拶として「よろしくお願いします」や「お疲れ様でした」を使う人も多いと思います。

生徒さんにこうした説明をする時、「たいして意味がないなら言わなくてもいいんじゃないですか？」と言われる事があります。
その意見も確かに一理あると思いますし、日本のビジネスシーンではあまりにもこの二つの言葉が多用されるので、私自身ちょっとおかしく感じる事もあるのですが、授業ではやっぱりこの二つのあいさつを使います。

その理由は二つあります。
①日本語学習者さん達に、授業を通して日本人のコミュニケーションの取り方・文化も学んでいただきたいと思っているから。
②労(ねぎら)いや感謝の言葉を伝えるのはやっぱり大事(だいじ)だと思うから
です。

In today's episode, we learn why it's wrong to say that the food was 'very delicious', or that the weather was 'very freezing'. The reason is all to do with the fact that some adjectives are GRADABLE - we can make them stronger or weaker by using intensifiers such as 'very' or 'fairly', for example 'she's very pretty' or 'the weather is very hot'. But other adjectives are UNGRADABLE, which means that they're already at the very top (e.g., 'amazing') or the very bottom (e.g., terrible). The Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal (pronounced /ˌtɑːdʒ mə'hɑːl/) is a famous mausoleum next to the river Yamuna in the Indian city of Agra. A mausoleum is a building where people bury the dead. The name Taj Mahal means 'the crown of palaces'.

The most famous part of the Taj Mahal is the large white dome in the centre. It is 35 metres high and is surrounded by four smaller domes. The rooms inside the building are decorated with beautiful archways and precious stones in the walls. The buildings are surrounded by gardens with pathways, pools, fountains and green gardens.

The construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632 and finished in 1653. It was built with materials from all over India and Asia, but the main material is white marble. Historians believe that the materials were transported by over 1,000 elephants for the construction.

The emperor Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal as a burial place for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. According to legend, he wanted to build another Taj Mahal in black on the other side of the river, but this never happened. During the Indian Rebellion of 1857, many parts of the Taj Mahal were damaged by British soldiers, who took some of the precious stones from its walls. Over the years, the Taj Mahal has suffered from environmental damage, and there have been many government attempts to conserve its beauty.

The Taj Mahal is one of India's most famous landmarks. There are millions of visitors to the mausoleum every year. The Taj Mahal is almost always included in lists of famous buildings to visit and is considered one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

COMPRENSIÓN DE LECTURA Y USO DE LA LENGUA.

 Contrato de arrendamiento de vivienda: cláusulas

PRIMERA. El piso objeto del presente contrato es el sito en la calle Toledo, número 4,
que se destinará para uso exclusivo de vivienda del arrendatario y de su familia, con
exclusión de todo otro uso, y que el arrendatario no podrá, por consiguiente, ceder,
realquilar o subarrendar, en todo ni en parte, y en el que no podrá alojar huéspedes sin
permiso escrito del propietario. Si entrare a convivir con el arrendatario una tercera
persona ajena del ámbito familiar directo en primer grado, lo deberá comunicar por
escrito a la propiedad. 

SEGUNDA. El contrato comenzará a regir el día 4 de mayo del presente año,
concertándose el arrendamiento por el plazo de un año. Concluido el periodo
contractual pactado, el contrato se prorrogará por la tácita por períodos de un año,
mientras una de las partes no notifique a la otra, en el plazo de 15 días antes de la
fecha de vencimiento del contrato o de algunas de sus eventuales prórrogas, su deseo
de darlo por terminado. En cualquier caso, si el arrendatario quisiera desistir del
cumplimiento total del contrato, deberá indemnizar al arrendador con una cantidad
equivalente a una mensualidad de la renta en vigor por cada año del contrato que reste
por cumplir. Los periodos de tiempo inferior a un año darán lugar a la parte
proporcional de la indemnización.
