I think a teenager is still a child. Misguided yes but still a child and if that child can be rehabilitated then we can send them back into the community and hope they turn thier lives around. However

I think a teenager is still a child. Misguided yes but still a child and if that child can be rehabilitated then we can send them back into the community and hope they turn thier lives around. However if God forbid they should be a repeat offender then its probably to put them away for life chances are they are unfortunately beyond saving

However, God forbidding, they should be a repeat offender, then its probably best to put them away for life. Unfortunately chances are they are beyond saving
