My Chocolate Fridge Cake I baked a chocolate cake the other night. I started off by making the chocolate sauce. First, I mixed one large cup of sugar with two
full spoons of coca powder and cream in a sauce pan. After that, I added two
cups of water [to the mixture]. In a bowl [not wrong, but unusual to put an adverbial phrase of place at the beginning], I dissolved some corn starch in some water [in a bowl]
and poured it into the sauce pan. Then, I put the sauce pan on low heat and
stirred the mixture for about ten minutes. I turned off the heat when/after the sauce had
adequately thickened. Next, I covered a baking dish with some foil. Then, I
arranged some cookies at the bottom of the dish and covered them with a layer of
the chocolate sauce. I made five of these layers and put the dish in the
refrigerator for about 10 hours. It was my first experience making a chocolate
fridge cake. It tasted really good.
