They are all pretty common in my experience. ‘Psyched’ and ‘psyched up’ usually have different meanings. ‘Psyched’ is a colloquial adjective expressing excitement or anticipation. Q. Are you going to the Rogers’ party? A. Yeah, I’m psyched! (I’m eager to go) ‘To psych someone up about something’ is to make them feel positive about it. ‘ I’m trying to psych myself up about my trip to London, but I’ve already seen everything there I want to see.

1. 'inclined to . .' is quite common, meaning that someone or something is likely to do something. 2. 'psyched up' is colloquial, meaning mentally prepared for something. It's not that commonly used. 3. 'Interpretation' is commonly used in formal and academic writing and discussion, less commonly in everyday conversation, but is perfectly acceptable.
