Instead of being overthinking about what I haven't achieved, I think about small things I have in life: a parent showed me her happiness when her daughter get 7 from 3.5 at Math. My best friend want to send me a small gift for helping her daughter learning English. I am grateful when I stay away from negative thinking.

Instead of overthinking what I haven't achieved, I think about good things in my life such as: the happiness of a parent whose daughter's math score rose from 3.5 to 7 in my math class, or such as the thankfulness of my best friend when she gave me a small gift for helping her daughter to learn English. Gratitude becomes my focus when I avoid negative thoughts. Use the structure: "overthink + NOUN". For example, "I overthink negative things". To list the good things you have, identify them with precise nouns: the HAPPINESS of a parent, the THANKFULNESS of a friend.

Instead of overthinking about what I haven’t achieved, I choose to focus on the small yet meaningful moments in life. Like when a parent expressed her joy because her daughter improved her Math score from 3.5 to 7. Or when my best friend wanted to send me a small gift as a thank-you for helping her daughter learn English. I am truly grateful for these moments and for staying away from negative thinking—they remind me of the good things I contribute to the world.
