Do these phrases make sense? 1. "More oftenly, since the globalization of smartphones, young people tend to commit more mistakes in writing than..." No, this phrase does not make sense in English. Why not? We don’t say “more oftenly”. The correct phrase is “more often.” We don’t usually say “commit mistakes”. It’s more natural to say “make mistakes.” “The globalization of smartphones” sounds strange. It’s better to say “since smartphones became common”, “since smartphones became widespread” or “since smartphones spread everywhere.” Better version: More often, since smartphones became common, young people tend to make more mistakes in writing than before. 2. "Teenagers go to the workplace that the library has because of its relaxing climate." No, this sentence is not natural in English. Why not? "Workplace" usually means a job place, not a place to study. "Climate" means weather. But you want to talk about how the place feels. A better word is “atmosphere.” Better version: Teenagers go to the study area in the library because of its relaxing atmosphere. or Teenagers go to the library to study because it has a calm environment. 3. Can you say: "The closing of the library / request the continuity of the library opening"? No, this is not correct. Why not? “Request the continuity of the library opening” is too formal and not natural English. It’s better to say something simple like “keep the library open.” Better version: There is a request to keep the library open. or People want the library to stay open.

People don't say "oftenly", we just say "often" which means the same thing. I think you mean "because of its" instead of "because if its". I assume you did the double question mark in number 2 because you want to know if the word 'workplace' is appropriate there, so I will say it's understandable but I would look for a better term, for example "workplace facilities" would be clearer and more precise there. As for whether those 3 phrases make sense, I would say the first two roughly make sense, yes, but the third does not make so much sense, however, with slight changes it could make sense, for example if you add the word "request" to the beginning then it would appear to be a pair of options for someone to choose from, and I would remove the word "opening" from the end because it doesn't add value and is gramatically wrong, or you could change it to "request the continuity of the library staying open" which would be gramatically valid and cohesive.
