I want to use my free trial lessons, but it seems that I can't for some reason. In the checkout I only have the choice to pay with credit and not use the free trial. Can someone help me.

I don't think there are any *free* trial lessons.  Every user gets three trial lessons, but the trial lessons are not free -- they're simply cheaper than regular lessons.

Maybe the teacher you're trying to book with doesn't offer trial sessions.
Or maybe you've already used your trial quota (3).
If neither is the case, you need to contact italki support.
