i've never heard about Robertino Loreti! but i believe you if he is really famous in Russia :) actually i have just find out who is him "mamma" song is very famous here!!

I'd say that here from the 80's and on the most recognized have always been Celentano, Toto Cutugno, Ricchi e Poveri, Al Bano e Romina, Pupo and Riccardo Fogli. Their songs are still very often on in restaurants. Also, of course, Luciano Pavarotti and Domenico Modugno with "Volare". Later came Eros Ramazzotti and Andrea Bocelli. In the Soviet Union extremely popular was also Robertino Loreti, I am not sure if he is much known in Italy, but here I think he is still remembered well by the older generation. And the same about Gianni Morandi. Napoletan songs are also very popular here.

As for the rest of the names that you mentioned and that are popular now in Italy and elsewhere, I am afraid that in Russia they are known very little, if only to people who are related in some way to Italy or who learn Italian and are interested in the culture.
