Average person has enough food, roof above the head and life with time is becoming a rut. For adding colors to the everyday life people are keen on dangerous sports. I see some reasons for it: people get necessary emotions during these sports, they can build a character through it and they can put themselves into competition with others. When you are go in for such kind of sport, you can get adrenalin and exciting emotions from it. It's like a drugs suck people into activities and they can't leave without it. Possibility to get these emotions very important in our boring life. I believe, extreme sport can help to build a strong character and habits. During workouts you should have an excellent attention and possibility to count some steps ahead; otherwise it can has dangerous aftereffects. People with weak mindset can't do this sport, it just will be to scare for them. Extreme sport like other sports build a competition between players. Everyone wants to be a first. And when it is dangerous and other competitors against you, the price of the winning is much higher. I am keen on snowboarding and it has all qualities that I've written above.  Why do you think some people are attracted to dangerous sports or other dangerous activities?

Nowadays, most people have <em>various</em> basic needs. The average person has enough food, a roof above <em>its</em> head and life with time is becoming a rut (It's not quite clear what you mean there :/) . (In order) to add colors to their everyday life, people are keen on dangerous sports. I see some reasons <em>to</em> it: people get <em>necessary</em> (<em>Not so sure wheter this is the most accurante term: "essential" ?</em>) emotions during these sports, they can build a character through it and they can put themselves into competition with others.

When you are go in ("<em>practise</em>") for such kind of sport, you (can) get adrenalin and exciting emotions from it. It's like a drugs : it sucks people into activities and they can't live without it. The opportunity to get these emotions is very important in our boring lives (<em>our = plural ==> lives, plural too</em>).

I believe, extreme sport can help to building a strong character and (<em>you need an adjective here, question of writing style: "good" ?</em>) habits. During workouts, you (should have) must keep (stronger for your text) an excellent attention and <em>have the ability</em> to count some steps ahead; otherwise it can have (can + infinitive without to) dangerous <em>consequences</em> (this term is better). People with weak mindset can't do these/those sports : it would just scare the hell out of them(<- colloquial) / they would not handle the pressure and would be too scared.

Extreme sport like other sports build a competition between players. Everyone wants to be the first. And whenthe danger is so high and you are challenger by other competitors, [it is much more rewarding to] win.

I am keen on snowboarding and it has all the qualities that I've <em>described</em> above.
When you stand [at] the top of the mountain you can feel amazing (...) . <em>The first challenge is against is the one against yourself.</em> Every ride makes my life more colorful and helps me looking at myself [to help sb + ING form] from another angle (<em>"point of view</em>").

Not too bad at all ! I suggested some corrections just to help you improve. You need a more accurate vocabulary for the IELTS (it's a important point to achieve a good grade). Pay attention to the very specific structures of the english language, it will help you with your writing but also you speaking !

Why do you think some people are attracted to dangerous sports or other dangerous activities?

Nowadays people are have all kinds of basic needs. Ordinary people have enough food, roof above the head and life with the passage of time is becoming a common practice. For adding colors to the everyday life people are keen to dangerous sports. I see some reasons for it: people get necessary emotions during these sports, they can build a character through it and they can put themselves into the competition with others.

When you are go in for such kind of sport, you can raise adrenalin level hence the high spirit. It's like a drugs suck people into activities and they can't live without it. Possibility to get these emotions is very important in our boring life. <em>(here the subject of the sentence is "possibility" and it is singular form, thus a predicate "is "is needed )</em>

I believe, extreme sport can help to build a strong character and habits. During workouts you should have an excellent attention and judgment to count some steps ahead; otherwise it can cause dangerous aftereffects. People with weak mindset can't do this sport, it just will be to scary for them.

Extreme sport like other sports build a competition between players. Everyone wants to be the winner. And when it is dangerous and other competitors are against you, the value of the winning is much higher.

I am keen on snowboarding and it has all qualities that I've written above.
When you stay on the top of the mountain you can feel amazing feelings inside. You have a challenge, first of all defeat yourself. Every ride makes my life more colorful and helps to look at my character from another angle.
