Writing Report: A common room for students.

Introduction
This report is [intended/meant] to recommend a student common room at the school. for a student common room.

The room that should be chosen
Many students thought that the most proper room for studying after classes is the high school's library. However, but all of the shelves and books bookshelves already fill (or take?) take up much a large part of the room, and so that only ten or fifteen students/people can use it at the same time. The second choice for most of the students for the common room was to choose the amphitheater. This The amphitheater it would be useful for due to:
-its big large space
-its location position; in the subsoil underground there is not so much a lot of noise and it is quite close to the library

How the room could be made comfortable and attractive/inviting
As the  Students were enthusiastic about the study room and the came up with some ideas:
1. A new colour of paint on the walls would make the room more attractive and the a lighten  lighter colour can would make the students focus better.
2. The walls could should contain have posters with basics grammar rules or and calculation formulas.
3. The desks could be replaced with some big ones larger tables that could seat at least three students in case they want to learn study together or make work on a project.
4. In the front of the room there should could be one or two computers for those students who need internet access and quick/fast information quickly.
5. Although the library already has books, this room should could also have a few shelves with the most commonly needed books and dictionaries.

Recommendations
In my view, it would be best to make these changes quickly soon because then so that students can could prepare for their exams or classes in a quiet place and could learn how to work together. Therefore, I would recommend this room and these changes for this room as the most properly for a proper studying space.

By the way, it <em>is</em> grammatically correct to say "should" (i.e. there should be one or two computers), however I changed everything to could for the sake of consistency!
