私の友達は、名前で呼び合う夫婦がわりと多いです。

夫婦で「あなた」「おまえ」って・・・最近使わないような。　mihiroさんの言うとおり、名前で呼び合うか、ママ、かあさん・・・我が家の場合は、私は旦那のことを名前で呼ぶけど、旦那は私のことを名前では呼びません。「おい」とか「なぁ」とか。たまに名前で呼ばれると驚きます(笑)
