Before speaking of this topic, we should understand where stress comes from? I think that almost everyone has a bad habit of thinking more about problems than trying to figure them out. Problems are definitely the origin of stress. Each time, when we face problems, we tend to think out many difficulties whether they
exist or not. Difficulties, like monsters, can easily defeat us. However, no matter
how long we think about the problems, the problems are still there. A tiny
problem might be magnified hundreds of times, becoming a mountain in our minds.
Meanwhile, stress, like a flood, flows endlessly from your mind. On the other
hand, someone people just focus on solving problems without overthinking. They just take small steps every time, and the positive effects accumulate until they solve the whole problem. Stress can only be an assistant, not an enemy!
