Before speaking of this topic, we should know where stress comes from? I think that almost everyone has a bad habit of thinking more about problems than trying to figure them out. Problems are definitely the origin of stress. Each time, when we face problems, we tend to think out many diffculties whether they do exist or not. Diffculties like monsters can easily defeat us. However, no matter how long we think about the problems, the problems are still there. A tiny problem might be magnified hundreds of times to be a mountain in our mind. Meanwhile, stress likes flood comes from your mind without a break. On the other hand, someone eles just want to solve problems without thinking more. They just do a little thing every time, then the positive effects will be accumulated to be a big amount until they figure the whole problem. Stress can only be an assistant, not be an enmy!
