Just because there might not be a viable solution to a declining birth rate, it does not mean we should be overly pessimistic about everything that will happen in the future.

This is really great and there is nothing wrong with it, but I'd like to offer some advice. It starts just because and uses the pronoun we, which is spoken English. In written English, for example in an essay, the following sentence might be better: Even though no viable solution to a declining birth rate might immediately be apparent, there is no reason to be overly pessimistic about the future.
