Baggage is a general term for things carried with you: Bags, luggage, back packs, kids, purses, old relationships that still crop up, exes (wives husbands boyfriends girlfriends that still call) things you have done wrong that will crop up in your life, handbags. Luggage is a type of case like a suitcase, which often holds its shape without items in it - not so often a bag.

I think "baggage" is more general than "luggage". so, Somebody's "Luggage" can be part of the whole " Baggage" in an airplane. ;) in other words: - Baggage is any number of bags, cases and containers which hold a traveller's articles during transit. - Luggage is more or less the same concept as "baggage", but is normally used in relation to the personal luggage of a specific person or person

They are having the same function or definition. But I will explain them further for clarification. ~> Baggages are suitcases and other containers holding the belongings of people who are traveling. and ~> Luggages are suitcases, bags, and other items for carrying personal belongings during a journey (often used before a noun). I hope this helps a lot for you in searching for the best answer.
