Japanese: "Taku" or "Mataku" used for expressing annoyance? I often hear people say (what sounds like) "Taku" or "Mataku". Are these often used in Japan, like "Cche" to express annoyance?

Yes. ったく (ttaku), short for まったく (mattaku), is a common phrase used to express one's annoyance or frustration. It is usually muttered rather than exclaimed.
