Drop "for" in the second sentence, but just my advice, go with the third one, I think it's the most natural one.

The only correction to make is in the second. The other two are correct. What time is lunch today? (drop "for")

When are we going to lunch today? or When are we going to get/ to eat lunch? What time/ When is lunch today? or When is lunch time? third sentence is correct.
