What's the difference between attainment and achievement? Is there any difference between these words?

Attain is usually used for an abstract concept and has the sense of "getting" something. You attain your goals. You attain enlightenment. Achievement is usually used for something you worked for. It has the sense of putting forth effort or using skill.
