It doesn't mean anything, it's just the name of a game. It's really just the word "dead" written next to "red". "Red" could have been chosen to make the reader/listener think of blood, but ultimately the title was probably chosen just because "red" and "dead". There really isn't a meaning to translate beyond the meanings of the individual words. If you want to translate it, you could just write "red", "dead" and "redemption" next to each other, but then it (probably) loses the alliteration. You might want to look for words in your language similar to "red" or "dead" that rhyme with each other.

Why don't you provide some context? It looks the title of a crappy, bestseller novel, in which case, one could tell you what the meaning might be implying, but once again, give people more context! It saves people from wasting their time and it gets you a better answer sooner!

I have never seen the phrase - it has probably been coined by the writer to attract the interest of potential readers. I would expect the sleeve notes or back cover of the book to explain enough so that I could work out what it meant.
