"Have been doing" is something that can be interpreted as you are still doing it, or in the process of doing it. So, for example, "I have been doing a lot of reading". "have (has) been done" is something that is finished or complete--something in the past that isn't being done anymore. For example: "This drawing has been done for a while now" or "What have you done?"

1. She has been doing this for over two years now. * This refers to some activity that keeps being repeated. For instance, it might refer to how she keeps breaking up with her boyfriend and then getting back with him. 2. I have been doing great in my English class. * This means that you keep getting good scores on your exams and that you are understanding the class material really easily. 3. Dinner has been done for an hour now. * This means that someone finished cooking dinner an hour ago and it has been ready to be eaten. 4. What damage has been done to the car? * This means that someone has done damage to a car / that someone damaged a car. This is the passive voice. :) Perhaps someone's angry ex-girlfriend took a baseball bat to the car's windshield. :)

I have been doing... is Present perfect progressive. It answers the question "How long have you been doing....? The focus is on the duration of the activity. It has been done ... is Present perfect simple. It answers the question "What has been done...? This is just a brief Explanation.
