you have google traduction it's true it's poor but in hurry you can use it. Or Dictionaire litré en mobi pocket. Some hints but it's in french if you've got a web site traductor : http://www.ebouquin.fr/2011/01/25/kindle-comment-installer-un-dictionnaire-francais/

but I'm looking for one which can be implant in my kindle( a e-book reader ), I'm not very like for long use of computer or phone for it makes my eyes comfortable, so kindle is small and convenient . anyway thank you all the same ^ ^

I have Larousse dictionary in my iPhone  it's amazing, but you should by it 
It's both English-Frech and French-English
