Everything at Once "As free as a bird, as neat as a word", or "as mean as a word". and "As mean as a wolf". Is a wolf mean? Why wolf is mean? (or Why is wolf mean?) Is wolf vile or evil?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tfy5CBfjZ8s

I've not heard "as mean as a wolf" before. It's not a standard expression in the UK. Obviously, it means "very mean". You can play around with comparison expressions like this as much as you like, but obviously only some of them are used as standard.
