Pretty close! The verb for study is 공부하다 rather than 궁부하다 (but I guess that's just a typo). To emphasise trying and making an effort, we can add the verb 노력하다 (try; make an effort) to the end so that it looks like this. 나는 한국어를 공부하려고 노력하고있어 In case you don't know, -하려고 is talking about something you will do in the future/near future, but the -하고있어 at the end of the sentence means that the sentence is in present tense. If you want to say 'learn' instead of 'study', you can use the verb 배우다: 나는 한국어를 배우하려고 노력하고있어
