1. "No se muevan". 2. "¡Quietos!. 3. "¡Deténganse!" 4. At my school, my teacher actually said "freeze" that would be "¡Congelados!. Have a nice day :)

Je, je nice question. Is it for a game? For a game a would say: for stop: ¡Alto! for freeze: ¡Inmóvil! (I used to use this word in a game when I was a child :) Maybe in other countries use another, but it has the sense of don't move anything of your body, don't even smile)
