you can say "to bear children" or "to bear offsprings", but it's extremely formal in usage.

Hi Tiger. One definition of the verb "to bear" is to give birth. Example: Women bear children. The past tense of bear is bore. Example: She bore three children over six years. Have is the more common verb to use in this context. Example: Women have children (or women give birth to children). Example: She had three children over six years.
