Your question needs a few small changes. "If we had a chance to be invisible for one day then what would we all do?" 'you' needs to be removed in the 2nd part of the sentence as you are talking about 'we' in the beginning so you can't switch to talking about 'you' in the 2nd part. Also, better to use the conditional 'would' in the 2nd part of the sentence as you are asking a 'what if' question.

If I could be invisible for one day, I would go to the beach and stand in a flock of seagulls. They would not see me, so they would not fly away. I could also watch crabs, sandpipers, and other beach animals from a very short distance without scaring them. I think this would be fun :D
