Personally, a revolution in education is essential to address this issue. Homework should be abolished and replaced with more active learning during their lessons. In this way students can simply have more leisure time. The reason why I consider active learning is that the minds of students will be stimulated and not lead to boredom and exhaustion. Concentration during active learning will decrease the amount of homework students have to deal with. In conclusion, the cause of the problem is clear, and steps must be taken by educators to enhance the learning experience during class which would allow downtime which in turn would regenerate young minds.
