Vicky is honestly my favorite language teacher I’ve ever had 🧡 I can definitely feel how much effort she puts into our classes and she is very present while I share stories. I also appreciate how many examples she gives me for new grammar/vocab so that I fully understand. In the short amount of time I’ve been taking classes with Vicky, I’ve already noticed so much progress in my Tagalog! ✨

I have attended 4 lessons so far and have found each one to be extremely helpful for the development of my Filipino. Guro Vicky was able to pinpoint my Tagalog language level accurately from the beginning which was important for me since I had self-studied Tagalog previously. Her materials are creative, interactive, and tailored to my needs. She provides many example sentences for each word or topic we cover which helps me use new words with confidence. Lastly, Guro Vicky is a lovely person to talk to, keeps the conversation going, and gets me practicing my Tagalog. Our lessons are always fun :D Salamat Vicky!!!

Victoria's lessons are always fun and insightful. Today we reviewed Tagalog sentences that she assigned for homework to help drill in new vocabulary we went over from the previous lesson. I very much like that she revises and adds additional details to help improve my sentence structure. In addition Victoria provides clear and concise explanations to concepts that I had not grasped very well.

Another fun and engaging lesson with Victoria as we reviewed another Tagalog song where I learned a lot of new vocabulary and gained more language insights. Victoria alway does a great job explaining concepts in a way that her students can comprehend easily.
