Hello. I'm Akiko. I'm from Japan. I live in Hiroshima with my family. I like reading histrical novels, doing Jazzercise and yoga. I also like cooking. I cook for my family everyday. I have experience teaching Japanese to students from all over the world at a Japanese language school for three and a half years. It is said that Japanese is more difficult to write and grammar than other languages. But I'm confident to explain it simpler and easire to understand. Recently we've moved from a more casual lesson style to a more structured lesson style in preparation for taking the JLPT, specifically focusing on grammar.
Akki-Sensei is always well prepared with example exam questions, grammatical explanations and supplementary news articles that show the grammar in a real world context.
Furthermore, grammar is an area which is often very difficult to explain, but her explanations and answers to my questions are quite clear and easy to understand.
