Franklin Siney

Franklin is an excellent Spanish tutor and a very nice person! I have been looking forwards to our lessons everyday. He is helping me practice Spanish that I can use both at my current desk job and for my next step being an EMT/firefighter. His medical knowledge is expansive so that has really been great for preparing to be an EMT. I really appreciate how he plans the lesson so that I am learning vocabulary and phrases that I will be able to use on the job. He mixes it up by using images and mock scenarios that we can talk through. This makes the lessons fun for me. He has a very kind demeanor and is an interesting person to talk to.

I’ve had around 10 lessons with Franklin now and have found his conversational classes really useful. My level was A1 a few months ago and since I’ve been having classes with Franklin it’s gone up to A2. Having a calm and chilled environment to practice actually speaking Spanish has been the main reason for my improvement I think. Franklin is really easy to have a chat with and he’s very good at correcting my mistakes in grammar and pronunciation to make sure I’m improving. Before I started lessons with Franklin I really struggled speaking and now I feel confident I can make myself understood even if I’m still learning. Looking forward to the next few months of learning

Very memorable lesson with consideration to his students! He speaks very clearly. Also, he can speak in English and-or slower in Spanish for beginners. He jokes, provides local language cues, and compares different places. It is interesting to listen to his perspectives about city and rural life. He even communicates well and considers the student's interests and jokes after a lesson. Well done!

Franklin was very engaging and personable. He provided interesting ideas about the field of medicine, school, study habits, and animals. It was exciting to learn so much in a short time, especially as it related to vocabulary. Very interesting, indeed!
