Hi, I am Xu Jiangtao. I’m from Shanxi, China, and I’m a Chinese native speaker.
I’m working in Beijing as a software developer for 6 years, and you must wonder why am I being a language tutor here? Because I love to talk with friends from all over the world.

When I first starting working, I want to find a way to practice my oral English but it’s difficult since my community is too small. The first time I take a lesson on italki is 2014, it has been a long time that I already forget how I know this website. But I still remember I enjoy the lesson very much. * free talk lesson we can talk like friends say whatever you want to say. I can help you correct your pronunciation and grammar mistakes.
If you choose me as your long-term teacher. I can help to plan your long-term language study goal and help you to achieve it.
I always think the best way to learn a foreign language is to use it. So in my classes, I will try my best to take you to use Mandarin on more occasions.5.0

Jiangtao is a very pleasant young lad who knows his trade. As a northern Chinese resided in Beijing most of his life, he is able to speak perfect Mandarin and is able to pinpoint my weaknesses in a professional and vivid manner. I would highly recommend Jingtao for whoever is hoping to enhance his or her fluency of the language.
