My name is Michelle and I have been teaching for over 9 years. I live in South Africa and my home language is English.
I love exercising, wildlife photography and spending time in nature.Ik als leerkracht
I am patient, kind and I put a great deal of effort into my lessons. Teaching is my passion and as your teacher, it is important to me for us to work together to reach your goals!
I am here to teach English to both children and adults :)
My lessons with children focus on improving their:
- reading
- spelling
- writing
- comprehension and
- general speaking abilities (pronunciation, fluency and accent)
My lessons with adults focus on improving a number of aspects:
- your accuracy and fluency in English
- learning how to conduct more casual conversations
- improving your spelling, grammar and English accent

This entailed compiling the schools curriculum, assessments and rubrics. I also moderated other schools books and files to give guidance and make sure they are on track with the curriculum.

Grade 1 Teacher and Grade 1 LeaderI taught English at Reddford House The Hills to English Home Language students for 3 years. I was the Grade 1 Leader, which provided me with valuable management and interpersonal skills.

I'm delighted with my lessons with Michelle, it has been more than a year that I have a weekly lesson to keep on track with my English. It's incredible how Michelle can connect with topics that are important and appealing at the same time. I never get bored talking with Michelle; you can talk about almost any subject with her. She is a great teacher and you can notice that she enjoys teaching and talking with people and children.
I want one day my little nephew to take a lesson with Michelle.
