Yoshi

Yoshi Sensei caters to his students needs very well, depending on what the student is looking for. He goes into detail with the reading and writing exercises, ensuring that the student understands the semantics. He provides many examples of when certain words or phrases are used. He is very responsive and reliable.

Excellent tutor with huge amounts of prepared materials both self-created & store-bought. Extremely kind & patient with lots of detailed knowledge of the Japanese language, highly recommend!

Yoshi-sensei is very nice and helpful throughout all of our lessons. He's always eager to answer questions and provide feedback whenever necessary.

My first lesson with Yoshi-san was great! We spoke about learning goals, did self introductions, discussed my level and where I want to improve, etc. I'm really excited for the next lesson.

This was my second class. We covered a lot and it was a good challenge. There are thorough grammar explanations with examples and getting me to create my own sentences. I have plenty of opportunity to practice and ask questions when I am unsure.

I'm so lucky that the first teacher I met here is yoshi-sensei. His patience and amiability always make me feel comfortable in his class. I strongly recommend yoshi-sensei as your Japanese teacher no matter what level you're at currently.
