Ryuto Sensei

had an amazing lesson with Ryuto Sensei! He was extremely patient, engaging, and made learning Japanese feel natural and fun. His sense of humor and friendly personality created a relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to practice speaking without pressure. He tailored the lesson to my interests, which helped keep me motivated and excited to learn. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, fun, and supportive tutor—my expectations were beyond met! Looking forward to more lessons!

My favourite part about having lessons with Ryuto sensei is getting to talk about things we're both interested in like Anime and games. Recently we have been reviewing Pokemon entries to build vocabulary which has been both insightful and absolutely hilarious. Having these lessons is the perfect break from the Wanikani and Anki review routine and keeps my passion for studying Japanese going, thank you Ryuto!

Had my first lesson with Ryuto-san, and it was so much fun! He’s a fellow nerd, so we share a lot of common interests, which made the conversation super easy and interesting. He even included most of those interests during the lesson, which made learning more fun and relatable. Highly recommend if you want a fun and engaging tutor!

Ryuto is the first teacher I've had on Italki and I really like our lessons! Our lessons are casual conversation at the beginning and reading practice in the second half. Ryuto is a good conversationalist and we have common interests so the conversation flows really well.

Had my first lesson with Ryuto Sensei and it was great! I'm doing mostly self-study right now with conversational practice to help me speak, which is the hardest part in my learning journey so far. But I gotta say, the hour flew by; we talked about a lot of different topics and I'm looking forward to talking more with him! Even though we'd stop frequently so he could clarify or explain grammar/new words, the flow was good. 先生、ありがとうございました！
