Hello and welcome!
I am a TESOL-certified tutor who has been teaching English learners for nearly a decade in NYC, and I am now teaching online so that I can meet more people from around the country and the globe. I have an immense passion for teaching in a friendly and conversational manner, and my style focuses on improving your speaking and listening skills through authentic and personalized discussions that will help you naturally reach fluency.
I work in the film industry, and so I love to talk about movies, but I enjoy talking deeply about any topic, whether it be art, music, food, traveling, or anything else. I am a curious person by nature, and would love to learn more about you!Ik als leerkracht
My lessons resemble a chat with a friend, as learning a language through authentic personalized conversations is the most effective path to mastery. This style has gotten great results with past students, and I've had students struggling with English become proficient enough to attain jobs, attend colleges, and make friends in English. So whether you are a beginner or nearly fluent, taking classes with me will no doubt improve your natural conversational skills, and your confidence in doing so.

My lessons are truly conversational, and I have a myriad of conversation topics we can use to facilitate our discussions. I am very good at tailoring our topics based on what you're interested in, and I love to learn more about your areas of interest, as well as share my own.
I adapt to how much feedback you'd want to receive, as I can make immediate corrections, or I can let the conversation flow without much interruption – it's all up to you! I like the Segway-segue fun fact. If I came across the word in another way, I would repeatedly forget the meaning and pronunciation. Thanks for the flexibility extending 3 minutes for my late because of the device problem. Again it’s a nice talk.

He is a great guy, easy to talk to, good communicator.
